I believe true transformation is possible for everyone—and it often requires a compassionate, attuned connection to unlock it. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore and shift the patterns of thought, emotion, and sensation that keep you feeling trapped, helping you feel more grounded, safe, and at home in your body.
In our work together, you will find a collaborative, strength-based environment where you are supported and empowered, with an approach that is culturally responsive and honors your unique identity and experiences.

I often think of my therapy style through the lens of an 80's rock anthem:
Many of my clients come to therapy after years of feeling that true, lasting change is just out of reach. Despite their best efforts, they often feel drained, overwhelmed, and disconnected, weighed down by perfectionism, high expectations, and the constant pressure to be “enough.” On the surface, they may appear highly functional, but inside, they’re exhausted, anxious, and struggling to maintain the façade.
During times of challenge, we tend to hold tightly to rigid beliefs about who we “should” be. By learning to hold on loosely to these judgments, we can approach our relationship with ourselves from a place of curiosity, openness, and compassion. This shift in perspective allows us to move beyond merely talking about problems and explore the deeper, often hidden relationship between our bodies, emotions, and minds.
By addressing these connections, we can access the root causes of what keeps you feeling stuck and begin to create lasting, transformative change.
