about pure potential

psychotherapy in Centennial, CO

I chose bamboo as the symbol for my practice because it beautifully represents resilience and growth over time.

Bamboo becomes stronger as it matures, a process that mirrors the journey of healing. In therapy, we often work to strengthen our understanding and compassion for ourselves, especially when looking back on times when we did the best we could with what we knew. Like bamboo, we grow more resilient with each season of life, gaining flexibility, wisdom, and strength along the way. This symbol reminds us that true healing involves honoring our younger selves while embracing the growth that makes us stronger today.
